At Ultra Pure Peptides, we ship research-use peptide products to qualified United States–based research customers only. Please review the information below regarding order processing, shipping timelines, and delivery terms.

1.Shipping Eligibility

We ship exclusively within the United States.

We do not offer international shipping under any circumstances. Orders placed with non-U.S. shipping addresses will be declined.

All products are sold strictly For Research Use Only and are available only to verified research customers.

2.Order Processing

Orders are processed after customer verification and payment confirmation.

Most approved orders are processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and federal holidays.

Processing times may be extended during periods of high order volume or if additional verification is required.

3.Shipping Methods and Delivery

Shipping options and rates are displayed at checkout.

Delivery times vary depending on the selected carrier and destination. Estimated delivery timeframes are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, we are not responsible for carrier-related delays.

4.Tracking Information

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information.

It is the customer’s responsibility to monitor tracking updates and ensure the delivery address is secure and accurate.

5.Address Accuracy

Customers must provide a complete and accurate shipping address at the time of checkout.

We are not responsible for delays, lost packages, or returned shipments resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information.

If a package is returned due to address errors, reshipping fees may apply.

6.Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives visibly damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and contents.

For lost shipments, customers must contact the shipping carrier first to initiate a trace. We will assist as reasonably possible but are not liable for carrier errors once the package has been transferred to the carrier.
